The Workout

The BodyLab workouts are entirely comprehensive and designed to provide unparalleled intensity, variety and results for all skill levels, including even the fittest of athletes. A strong emphasis is placed on functional, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular training. However specific your fitness goals may be, The BodyLab will engineer a program to ensure you achieve them.

We also know that atmosphere can make or break a workout, so in order to create a fun and intense energy, The BodyLab uses cutting edge audio and visual systems, including live DJ performances, to create an entirely unique and exciting training experience for the client.

The Food

The BodyLab provides daily nutritional monitoring and coaching. We do not advocate diets. Instead, we coach from a realistic perspective, with the understanding that in order to achieve sustainable results, our clients must not be calorie or carb deprived and must also be free to dine out and enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine. To prove our point, we host monthly happy hours for our clients at bars and restaurants throughout Denver.

The BodyLab understands that your life has many constraints that come in the form of work, travel, family and social responsibilities, and the unpredictable fires that inevitably arise on a daily basis. We firmly believe that despite these variables, our staff will enable you to attend each of your workouts. We achieve this through real-time scheduling, fast and reliable communication and daily flexibility. Above all, The BodyLab is here to hold you accountable, ensuring that you attend your workouts and eat well week-in and week-out.

Your Commitment and Participation

Three to four times a week (90-120 minutes of your week) we expect to see you. During that time BodyLab will engage you in comprehensive workouts designed to provide unparalleled intensity, variety, and results, for all skill levels, including even the fittest athletes. Our workouts change biweekly which eliminates boredom and keeps you challenged. A strong emphasis is placed on functional, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular training. In addition to the workouts, you will record what you eat, log it in an online meal planner and email it to your Lifestyle Engineer for daily review and feedback.

Our Commitment to You

We take your commitment seriously so we give you daily feedback and support. For example, if you schedule a workout and don’t show up or you don’t schedule one at all, we call or text you. If you don’t submit a daily meal plan we follow up to remind you. We commit to making every workout more challenging than the last. In short, we are dedicated to your success.
