The BodyLab provides nutritional monitoring and coaching. We do not advocate diets. Instead, we coach from a realistic perspective, with the understanding that in order to achieve sustainable results, our clients must not be calorie or carb deprived, can eat real food and must also be free to dine out and enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine. To prove our point, we host monthly happy hours for our clients at bars and restaurants throughout Denver. We also offer a wide variety of detox workshops, supplement counseling, and everyday support! We also offer the occasional nutrition “raid” on your restaurant check-in on Facebook just to ensure you are staying on track!
The core belief of the Bodylab is far from a diet protocol. At the Bodylab we believe that nutrition goes hand and hand with fitness.
